I was born on January 26th 1986 in Alexandria, Minnesota. I graduated in December with a degree in Graphic Communications: Emphasis in Multimedia and Web Design. I have completed my Final Project using Flex 3, MXML, and PHP which you can find to the right, "Urban Happy Hour". Over the past few years I've taught myself PHP and MySQL as well as MXML for Flex 3 based web applications.
After graduating from Minnesota State University Moorhead, I moved back to Alexandria and started doing some freelance projects for businesses in the area. Aside from that, I have been working to expand my portfolio to include web programming using the Code Igniter PHP framework, and ActionScript 3 (Object Oriented) for flash based applications.

UrbanHappyHour.com is my Senior Seminar final project designed to bring the people of the Fargo/Moorhead area (namely college students) together to find where they can get cheap food. This site hosts local bargain meal prices (such as 2 for 1 appetizers).
This project was designed using Actionscript 3, PHP, XML, and MySQL. The reason I chose to use Flex 3 for this project was to push my knowledge boundry as much as possible, having not done any work with Flex previously.
Homestead Herefords is designed to showcase the livestock for my parents small hobby farm in Nelson, MN. The site has since been converted to a Wordpress Blog type layout to allow for a more dynamic environment.
This is a compilation of some of the Graphic Design and Business Logos I've done recently. These logos were created in Adobe CS3 suite in a Mac OSX environment. These designs went on to be used for class projects in the future.
This presentation program was designed as a "new user" function for a product sold by Superior Industries LLC. I have changed the graphics used in this project so as to not reflect upon the company. This application was designed with complete dynamics in mind. Created with Actionscript 3 in correct Object Orienting style, reading from a static XML file which has the option of being converted to read from an SQL database.
